The Globe Buddy difference

We’re Globe Buddy, a Danish pet food brand founded in 2019. We create dog food and treats with a focus on health, quality and carefully considered ingredients. From insect protein to plant-based recipes and functional treats, we explore different approaches to modern dog nutrition.

Purpose

Our complete dog food recipes are developed with carefully selected ingredients to provide nutritious and tasty everyday meals. Our range includes recipes with insect protein as well as a puppy recipe combining insect and fish protein. Our veterinarian-developed complete food recipes are formulated to provide complete and balanced nutrition and follow recognised nutritional guidelines for dogs.

Nutrition

The ingredients used in pet food contribute to its environmental footprint. This is one reason why we work with alternative protein sources, including black soldier fly larvae. For selected Globe Buddy products, we calculate and document the product carbon footprint to better understand and communicate their climate impact.

Sustainability

Our Veggie Crunch and Spirulina Crunch are certified vegan by certified by The Vegan Society.

Vegan snacks

We believe environmental claims should be supported by documentation. That's why we work with independent third parties to calculate and document the product carbon footprint of selected Globe Buddy products.

Transparency

Globe Buddy is included on PETA's list of approved brands. We do not test our pet food on animals in laboratories.
